Who we are
Yarranabbe was established to counsel leaders on the decisions that shape an organisation's direction and its standing, the decisions too important to delegate and too complex to resolve from a template. We take a small number of clients and give each the attention of senior people.
Independence
We take no commissions, hold no products, and accept engagements only where we can be genuinely useful. That independence is the reason a client can trust what we say; when the evidence points somewhere uncomfortable, we are free to follow it.
People
The person you meet is the person who does the thinking. We keep teams small and senior, and we bring in specialists only when a question genuinely demands one. Much of our work is confidential and remains so.

Candour is the service. We give a clear view, with the reasoning behind it, even when it is not the view a client hoped for.
Stay close to the detail
Judgement comes from the particulars. Senior people read the documents, test the numbers, and speak to the people themselves.
Protect the confidence
Discretion is not a feature; it is a condition of the work. What is told to us in confidence stays there.
Decline what we cannot do well
We turn down more than we take. An engagement we cannot serve properly is one we will not accept.
