Daniel Puskas and James Parry's 1907 terrace house on Percival Road, Stanmore, opened March 2012 and named for the Sixpence restaurants of late-1800s Australia. The pair previously cooked together at Oscillate Wildly. Puskas bought Parry out in 2016 and now runs the kitchen with head chef Tony Schifilliti. Three hats and Halliday recognition for years running, one of the most credibly ambitious kitchens in the inner west. Tasting menu only, lunch and dinner.
