Alessandro and Anna Pavoni's contemporary Italian on the Mosman waterfront, opened 2009 and hatted continuously since. Pavoni is Brescia-born, trained at La Rotonde in France and the two-Michelin Villa Fiordaliso on Lake Garda before moving to Sydney in 2003. The cooking leans on his home region of Lombardia. As of 2026 the restaurant has loosened the format: a snack on the terrazza, a shorter set, or the full degustation are all in the menu now. Sweeping views over Middle Harbour and Pearl Bay are the asset year-round. Reach via The Spit ferry or short drive from the city.— Yarranabbe Editorial
